10-STEP RAVING FAN® SERVICE
Our goal, to help you become more successful, is achieved through our "Client for Life" programs.
One such program is our 10-Step Raving Fan® Service System where, together, we leave a memorable and
lasting impression on your clients from the moment their application is received until the first
anniversary in their new home.

Step 1: Once we receive a signed application, the "Thank You" card that we send out to your
clients includes a package of popcorn, movie passes and your business card. Your clients can
relax at home knowing that every detail of their purchase and loan are being taken care of.
Step 2:
Your clients receive a detailed credit report showing the information on file with the three
national credit bureaus: Experian, Equifax and TransUnion. The credit report assures your
clients of their credit standing while allowing them to check for innaccuracies and fraud or identity theft.

Step 3: To keep you and your clients advised of each step druing the loan
process, we regularly send out e-mail or postcard notifications. These notifications
highlight key aspects such as when escrow is opened, the appraisal received, and final
lender approval.
Step 4: Your clients receive a copy of their certified home
appraisal which not only substantiates the value of the property
but is a valuable reference for such matters as taxes insurance,
estate planning and remodeling projects.

Step 6: As soon as we receive a final approval, we mail out a
"Congratulations" card that also includes a coffee bar gift certificate
and your business card. Your Clients can celebrate over cappuccino & biscotti
or tea & scones or coffee & bagels...

Step 8: Closing escrow and moving into a home is a
memorable event and your clients deserve a special keepsake gift: A
personalized, hand-painted cookie canister in the shape of a Victorian
house, filled with a variety of baking mixes and a wooden spoon. Sent
with the canister is a "Best Wishes" note that
includes your business card and lets your clients know how
much we appreciate their business and hope we can always be
of service to them, their family and friends.

Step 5: Purchasing a home
and planning the move can be overwhelming. To help alleviate some of
that stress and remove one more item from that long "To Do!" list,
we send your clients the Mover's Guide packet from the U.S. Postal
Service. Included inside are an offical change of address form,
notification postcards to send to businesses or friends, moving tips
and coupon savings.
 
Step 7: We emphasize the reality of becoming a homeowner to your clients
when we send them these specially ordered, thoughtful and extremely
useful "New Address!" return address labels.

Step 9: Your clients' thoughts about
their home loan experience are very important to us. We ask them to
participate in our Customer Satisfaction Survey, particularly concerning
our communcation, professionalism and integrity.

Step 10: On their first anniversary as homeowners, your clients receive
an Entertainment™ book and "Happy Anniversary" card containing
your business card. The Entertainment™ Book is a restaurant and
activity guide that provides 25-50% off of local restaurants,
retail and services, as well as savings on vacation travel and
attractions.
